It includes educating clients on the disease concept and determining their stage of abuse/addiction; identifying psychosocial stressors that lead to substance abuse; providing drug and alcohol education; and providing relapse prevention education.

Our re-entry services are geared to assist individuals transitioning from incarceration or other institutional settings back into independent community living. Our re-entry program focuses on helping clients build stability and self-sufficiency through case management, employment readiness training, life skills education, and housing support coordination.
