Please note that Intake and admission is not an immediate process. Submission of an application or referral does not guarantee acceptance into services or scheduling of an intake appointment. All applications and referrals are reviewed for eligibility, clinical appropriateness, and program availability.
To avoid delays, please ensure all information is accurate, complete, and includes current contact information. Incomplete submissions may not be accepted for review.
Once a complete application or referral is received, a member of our intake team will contact you within 48 business hours. Intake appointments are conducted Monday through Friday and require a scheduled appointment.
